Product Description Fable is themost immersive and ambitious role-playing game you'll ever see. It puts you in charge of a character's life from childhood to old age. You decide if they'll be a hero or villain -- watch him grow from nervous teenager to powerful warrior. Muscles will grow, lessons will be learned, and most importantly - change your world forever! Watch as your character's body changes according to his choices -- he'll grow horns if evil, and wear a halo if good; he'll even get wrinkles in his old age

Very good service! December 27, 2008 Thank you so much for the product. I enjoyed it very much, but most of all thanks for the speedy shipment. It is always nice to receive a purchase in a timely fashion. Thanks again!
It was worth getting even though i already had the original version of Fable. December 23, 2008 i already had the original version of fable, and i was scared to get "the lost chapters". "maybe it won't have all the old goodness" i said. "it won't have enough extra stuff" i said. if you already have fable then you can pass this version over but i strongly suggest trading that one away and picking this one up. i was also afraid they may have cut stuff out. which turned out not to be the case. they left all the goodness in and then added some. MMMMMMMMMMMMM GOODNESS. OR MMMMMMMMMMMMM BADNESS. either way you'll kick some serious butt or whatever they have. well enjoy the game i know i did. -VANRAZIEL
Lost Chapters December 22, 2008 This is a great game. Not much was added from the original, but that's not a big deal for me since I just got it to play through before I started Fable 2.
Fun game, but quality is a bit lacking. December 20, 2008 It's easy to get lost in the game, literally. It's really hard to find your way around places. I'm not sure what makes it seem so different from other games as far as this goes... It just doesn't feel like a high quality game. Now this isn't totally a bad thing - It's still a lot of fun. Just takes a while to figure things out due to lack of tutorial. I also find it difficult to accurately review.
A novel idea for a game December 11, 2008 In the world of Fable, literally every action has a consequence. Go drinking: get a beer gut. Kill a helpless merchant: people get worried when you come around. Steal an item: your soul gets a little darker, and horns begin to come out of your head.
Fable is an intricate story in a vast world, and is a wildly entertaining game. Since many reviews here laud the game's many great qualities, I just want to run down a few of the "buyer beware" cons:
1) For being a main villain in an otherwise rich in-game universe, Jack of Blades is woefully underdeveloped. 2) The melee system is intuitive but it's a little hard to hit the intended target when facing multiple enemies sometimes. 3) The archery view is difficult to move in and out of on the fly. 4) Hot-keying items can be a pain. 5) ... so can switching between the dozens of spells.
Though I have to say, these all pale in comparison to learning the ancient symbolic dance of the sages - which is the YMCA. It's this sense of humor that makes Fable fun over and over, from a door that requires you to be a "mattress addict" before it lets you get past (to get a pimp hat, no less) or an in-game storybook being read to children that has medieval gangstas and their posses in it. That, and a huge number of sidequests, ensure that this game will keep you occupied for a while.
