Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Nyko's Charge Station for Wii is a great wayto save money on batteries. This dock features twin rechargeable battery packs for the Wii Remote -- just connect the Wii Remotes and let them sit until you're ready to play. Charges two Wiimotes at once.

5 out of 5 stars Save money on batteries!!   January 4, 2009
The Nyko Charge Station is an awesome accessory to own if you have a Wii. Because Nintendo didn't include rechargeable batteries in the Wii-motes, I had the tendency to fly through batteries--and that can get expensive!

I will say this product isn't flawless, but I have two units and they do what they say. I've noticed the charge times aren't too quick, but the trade-off is having a lot of time to play with the Wii-mote. As long as you keep on top of charging them, you'll have nothing to worry about. But keep the original backs the Wii-motes in case you do need to put batteries in.

The only negative thing I can say about the charger is the LED indicators (the blue one in particular--it lets you know that it's charging) are offensively bright. My retinas could live without them! But considering that's the only bad thing about this product, I think Nyko has made a superb product for the Wii. I wouldn't own a Wii without it and I have recommended them to friends.

3 out of 5 stars Charger's work great!   December 31, 2008

These chargers have worked great for our family. Anytime we've wanted to play our Wii, the remotes have always been fully charged & ready to deliver.

5 out of 5 stars What a great deal.   December 30, 2008
I purchased this based on customer reviews and I'm glad that I did. The wiimotes did not take long to charge at all! My household does not play for very long periods at a time.(especially during school days)
When we're finished playing, they go back on the charger for the next time around. Overall, this is a really good deal.

4 out of 5 stars Great Item With One Glaring Problem   December 29, 2008

Integrates perfectly with existing controllers. Just swap out the back plate, put the new batteries in and drop them in the charger. Easy as that. Well, almost anyway....

If you have the strap on the controller they prevent the controller from sitting properly in the base. You have to take the strap off which ends up being a bit of a pain.
